Peter of Cleveland assigned Father
Cassian Sibley to serve our mission in July,
2007. In addition to serving as the rector for the Theotokos
of the Life-Giving Spring Orthodox Church and the Protection
of the Holy Theotokos Russian Orthodox Church, Fr. Cassian
is a chaplain at Texas A&M University. He teaches
The Bible and Latin at St. Michael’s Academy, and is
also an insurance salesman.
Matushka Olympia is
a doctoral candidate in English Literature at Texas
A&M University. She teaches English at St. Michael’s
Academy and Blinn College, and is also a published poet
and essayist.
Father Cassian, Matushka Olympia,
and their daughter Magdalena, spend
the second weekend of each month in Austin.
